Understanding the Job Posting Process

Follow these steps when posting jobs to external job boards, before the posting is released and visible to candidates:

  1. Create the job posting using the Job Opening page.

  2. Submit the job posting to the job board distributor by selecting the Publish option in the Action field on the Job Opening Page

  3. Click the Publish button.

  4. Review and update the job posting fields using the job board distributor site.

  5. Select the job boards to which you want the job posting to appear using the job board distributor site.

  6. Add job board-specific information using the job board distributor site.

  7. Publish to the select job boards using the job board distributor site.
