Understanding Configuration Specialist Tiles

Tile definitions are available for you to add to any Homepage for Configuration Specialists within your organization. PeopleSoft delivers Tiles that access PeopleTools configuration pages and Enterprise Component configuration pages.

PeopleTools

When adding these tiles to any homepage, use the Configuration Specialist folder on the Add Tile page.

Note: To access these tiles, you must have PeopleTools 8.58 or higher. You may need to updated the security settings of the tiles so they can be added with appropriate permissions.

Enterprise Components Tiles can be added by users who have access to the underlying functionality associated and granted by the corresponding permission list.

When adding these tiles to a homepage, use the Configuration Specialist - EC folder on the Add Tile page.
