Common Elements Used to Define Deal Positions

Alias Name

Enables you to create more intuitive field names for use in the deal position process.

Position Source ID

Displays the data source of the node.

Position Source Set

Displays the criteria set to which the node belongs.

Process Frequency

Select Always, Once, or Never.

Weighting

Set the percentage that you apply to your Position Manager. For example, you use the weight of 1.1 to forecast a 10 percent increase or 110 percent of your current situation. Similarly, you use a weight of .9 for a 10 percent decrease or 90 percent of your current situation.
