Using Fluid Express Forms to Create Requisitions

Express forms enable requesters to use a standardized form to order products that might need additional supporting information. You can create express forms for non-inventory items. These are predefined and configurable forms like business cards, where you can enter the required details and add to cart. An express form can be used by multiple requesters.

You can create as many express forms as you need. Express forms are captured on a requisition line and must go through the approval process if required. The fluid user interface supports creation of express forms for Supplemental Data Framework (SDF) only. You can enable the catalog type for express form to establish security setting for express forms.

To create an express form, you must define Express Form Profile and set up Supplemental Data page. You can create an express form to be used at the cart and edit requestion levels.
