The Requisition Template report provides a printed requisition form that requesters can use to order commonly requisitioned items. The report provides order information from an existing requisition, including requested items and supplier and manufacturer information. The quantity field on the report is blank and can be completed by the requester. The Requisition Template can help streamline the requisition process and improve the accuracy of data entry.
