The Catalog pane includes the following components:
List: Use this list to set the current display in the Catalog pane (for example, All, Filters, Calculated Items, and so on).
Catalog tree: All objects contained in the current Catalog to which you have the appropriate permissions. The tree can include columns, filters, groups, calculated items, and so on.
Toolbar: Use the toolbar to add more options (such as filter or calculated item), view information about the object, edit the selected object, and refresh the objects in the Catalog tree.
