This image shows the Criteria tab of the Analysis editor.
Across the top are four tabs. These tabs include:
Criteria tab: Use this tab to create analyses from the columns in the Subject Areas pane or the Catalog pane (not shown), to add filters, and so on.
Results tab: Use this tab to see the results of your analysis and to add views.
Prompts tab: Use this tab to add a prompt to your analysis. Prompts act like filters.
Advanced tab: Use this tab to show the Analysis XML and the SQL code that is issued for the analysis.
The Subject Areas pane includes the following components:
Subject Areas tree: All folders contained in the current subject area. Folders can include columns, hierarchies, and so on.
Toolbar: Use the toolbar to change the sort order of the folders that display in the Subject Areas pane or to refresh the display or reload the metadata.
The Selected Columns pane includes all columns that you have added to your analysis.
The Filters pane includes all filters that you have added to your analysis.
Toolbar: Use the toolbar buttons to show or hide the Filters pane, show or hide the Selection Steps pane (not shown), and edit the analysis properties.
