Installing JDK

Oracle Java Development Kit (JDK) is the only supported development kit.

For the full list of system requirements, applications, and application version levels, refer to the Unifier Tested Configurations document.

Support for JavaFX on JDK 8 ended in March 2025. Oracle recommends that you install Release 17 of the JavaFX module separately. To download JavaFX, go to: https://openjfx.io/.

Note: If you use JDK 17, select JavaFX Release 17 or 21. If you use JDK 11, select JavaFX Release 17 only.
