Appendix C: Deprecated Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Web Services

All SOAP services (originally deprecated in 23.10, planned to be removed in 25.12 for on-premises and 26.10 for Cloud)

We have provided Rest Services for the majority of the SOAP services. The few remaining gaps, which are not commonly used, will be provided in the future. Oracle previously announced that the SOAP service would be removed in 25.10. However, Oracle has received feedback from some cloud customers that this is not giving them sufficient time to migrate to REST services. To ensure that new cloud customers do not start using SOAP, Oracle will block the new use of SOAP in 25.10.

Customers who have used SOAP within one month prior to the 25.10 upgrade will be able to continue using it for an entire year.

Oracle will now remove SOAP for all cloud customers in 26.10. For on-premise, there is no change and SOAP will no longer be available starting with 25.12.
