Description:
- You can create any number of data elements (fields) using this definition.
- Fields using this definition provide auto-sequencing of unique numbers for all documents created.
- The content of the field is automatically generated based on the format for the autosequence data elements that are configured in Unifier. As a result:
- In the case of a workflow BP, the autosequence data elements in the BP record, or in the line item, get automatically generated when the workflow BP advances to the next step.
- In the case of a non-workflow BP, the autosequence data elements in the BP record, or in the line item, get automatically generated when the non-workflow BP is submitted.
- You can place two data elements with the SYS Auto Sequence data definition on a form.
Data elements that use this data definition:
- Are always read-only
- Can be placed in a hidden block
- Are available for Mobile configuration
- Can be selected as a display element of a Data Picker
- Can be added to Integration, marked as Output only
- Cannot be selected as a linked element
- Cannot auto-populate or reverse auto-populate
- Cannot use a hyperlink
- Cannot be part of a Dynamic Data Set definition
- Do not apply to cost breakdown entries
