Where to use it: Use this data element in workflow and non-workflow business processes. Add this data element when designing a business process form. This data element is updated when any updates are made to the business process record, including updates through auto-population, integration, adding or removing attachments, and general comments.

This data element works in conjunction with the uuu_record_last_update_date data element. You can deploy it wherever uuu_record_last_update_date can be deployed, including:

Use this element for: Displaying the name of the user who last updated the business process record. If the record is updated by a system-driven event, such as a RAP or a REST service call, the data element value displays the name of the system/administrative account associated with the update instead of an end user.
