Adding Line Item Attachments
After a line item is in the process of creation, the Attachments tab will be available in the right pane.
To add an attachment to a line item:
- Go to the business process, and select the Line Items tab.
- Select Add to create a line item.
- On the right pane, select the Attachments tab.
- To select a file from your computer, select Add Attachment, and then select Browse.
- Drag and drop files from your computer, or select Browse and navigate to your file.
- Select if you want to revise the file automatically if a file with the same name exists.
- Select Upload. The date and time that the attachment upload is also displayed.
- To select a file from Document Manager, select Add Attachment, and then select Document Manager.
- Select a file. You can use Find on Page to help you find a file. You can expand and collapse the document structure to navigate to your file.
- Select the Copy Comments checkbox to copy the comments that are associated with the file you are attaching.
- Click Select.
