Copying Column Data Within a Levels Sheet

If you want to use column data to view different aspects of information, for example, use an annual charge to view the quarterly charge, you can copy information from an existing column to a new column in which you changes the properties of what is displayed.

To copy column data:

  1. Go to the shell tab, and switch to User mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Space Manager, and then select Levels Sheet.
  3. In the Levels Sheet log, double-click the sheet to open it.
  4. From the toolbar, select Menu Options , select Columns, and then select Copy Column Data.
  5. In the Copy Column Data dialog box, complete the applicable fields, and then select Save.
  6. When the confirmation message appears, select Yes.
  7. To update the information that is displayed on the Levels Sheet, select Refresh .
