Taking Snapshots of a Levels Sheet
If you have Create permission, you can use the snapshot feature to create a historical picture of the Levels Sheet that you can preserve before the it is modified.
To take a snapshot:
- Go to the shell tab, and switch to User mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Space Manager, and then select Levels Sheet.
- In the Levels Sheet log, double-click the sheet to open it.
- From the toolbar, select Menu Options
, select Snapshots, and then select Create.
- In the Create Snapshot window, enter a Snapshot Title, and then select Create.
In the window that displays the current snapshot, you can use the Print option to print the results or export the results to a CSV or Excel file. You can also use Find on Page to locate specific information.
