Workflow of Reassigning Tasks (Project)

• The administrator user selects tasks.

  Tasks belong to the same project.

• The administrator user selects Reassign.
• The user picker window opens that displays the list of users as follows:
  • All active owner company users.
  • All active member company users.
• The administrator user selects a new assignee.
• The system assigns all selected tasks to the new assignee.
• If reassignment is successful, the task will get reassigned and an email notification will be sent to the new assignee. See New Assignee Email Notifications.
• If reassignment is not successful, the task will not get reassigned and will continue to remain in the log.
