Reactivating a Partner Company

If you want to reinstate users in a Partner Company for participation in your company or shell areas, you can set the status of the Partner Company to Active.

To activate a Partner Company:

Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
In the left Navigator, select User Administration, and then select Partner Companies.
The Partner Companies page is displayed.
In the left pane, locate and select the applicable Partner Company.
Click Activate.
When the confirmation message appears, click Activate.
