E-Signature Audit Log

If you have at least view permission for Acrobat Sign or DocuSign, you can view updates to the e-signature type in the audit log.

To access the E-signature Audit Log:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Integrations, and then select Acrobat Sign/DocuSign.
  3. From the More Actions menu, select Audit Log.

    In the Audit Log page, the following information displays for each entry:

    • The total number of audit log entries.
    • Date: Date on which the information was modified. Date format displays based on your user preferences.
    • Name: Name of the project or template.
    • Action: Type of action performed. Displays Modified.
    • Old Value: The old value of the field. Displays DocuSign, Acrobat Sign or Default.
    • New Value: The new value of the field. Displays DocuSign, Acrobat Sign or Default.
    • User Name: The name of the logged in user.
    • Proxy User: The name of the proxy user.
  4. Perform any of the following actions:
    • In the Search bar, specify your filter criteria to focus on a subset of audit log entries.
    • To download the log in Excel format, select Download ().
