Change User Group Assignments or Add New Users in Bulk
To add or remove user group assignments in bulk:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Company Sponsored Shells, and then select the applicable shell log (for the shells that you have configured).
- Open the shell from the log.
- In the left Navigator, select User Administration, and then select Groups.
- In the Groups log, double-click the group that you want to assign users to.
- On the Members tab, select Add to open the User/Group picker.
- Select the user(s) to add to the group, and select Add to move users to the Selected Users/Groups list. Use Ctrl+Shift to select multiple users simultaneously.
- Select OK when finished.
To add new users to a shell in bulk:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Company Sponsored Shells, and then select the applicable shell log (for the shells that you have configured).
- Open the shell from the log.
- In the left Navigator, select User Administration, and then select Users.
- Select New to open the User/Group picker.The Users/Groups are listed based on the company selected in the List Names from list at the top of the window. 
- Select the user(s) to add to the group, and select Add to move users to the Selected Users/Groups list. Use Ctrl+Shift to select multiple users simultaneously.
- Select OK when finished.
