Setting Up Scope Management for Activities
Using existing project/shell-level schedule sheet templates, you can set up the following for each activity:
- Linked BP
- Responsible users or groups
- Due date
- Completion conditions
To set up Scope Management for an activity:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell template].
- In the left Navigator, select Schedule Manager, and then select Schedule Sheets.
The Schedule Sheets log opens.
- Select the template from the log, and select Open. The schedule sheet template opens.
- To set up scope management for the template, use the instructions in the Unifier Managers User Guide on setting up scope management for activities.
