Enable View Permission For Visualizations in User Mode
Company Administrators can set up view permission to access visualizations for users and groups in the User mode.
To set view permissions to access visualizations in the User mode:
- Sign in to Unifier with company administration credentials.
- Click the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
- In the left Navigator, select User Administration and then select Access Control.
- In the Access Control log (right pane), expand User Mode Access and select the Visualizations node.
- In the Permissions Settings for: Visualizations dialog box, click Add.
- In the Select User/Groups block, (upper block), click Add Users/Group.
- In the User/Group Picker window, select users and groups to give view permission for visualizations.
- Click Add and then click OK.
- In the Permission Settings block, (lower block), select the View permission for each user/group selected in the upper block (step 5a), and click OK.
- In the Select User/Groups block, (upper block), click Add Users/Group.
- Click OK.
