Change Password

Changing Your Password as an On-Premises Customer

In the upper-right corner of your window, select your user name to open a contextual menu. Select Change Password to open the Change Password window. In the Change Password window you can:

• Change your password.
• View password policy.

  Note When you change your password, you will automatically be logged out. Log in again with your new password.

Changing Your Password as a Cloud Customer

To change a password in your identity domain:

1. In the Primavera Portal, select Identity Cloud Service.
2. Log in to the identity domain with your user name and password.
3. Select Change My Password.
4. Provide input for the required fields, and select Submit when finished. Ensure that the new password complies with the password policy.

   Note Wait five minutes before logging into an account after you have changed your password.
