Saving, Viewing, Renaming, or Deleting a BP Summary (Cloud Only)

You can save a summary for up to 30 calendar days. You can then access the saved summary as often as you need to within the 30-day timeframe. You can also rename and delete saved summaries before the 30-day expiration is reached.

To save a BP Summary:

  1. Generate a BP Summary.

    For more information, see Generating the BP Summary (Cloud Only).

  2. In the Summary panel, select Save .
  3. In the Saved Summaries panel, complete the Enter Summary Name field, and select the checkmark .

    The system displays saved summaries at the bottom of the Saved Summaries panel. They are listed in descending order by the date on which they were saved. You can use the list to view or delete a listed summary by selecting the ellipsis icon and selecting the applicable option. You can also access a list of recently saved summaries from the toolbar.
