Using Task Assist to See What You Need to Do and What Has Been Done (Cloud Only)
While a workflow BP is in progress, you can use Task Assist to view what another user completed prior to you, determine what you need to do, or verify that nothing has changed since you initially generated a summary.
To use Task Assist:
- Go to the Company Workspace or project/shell tab, and switch to User mode.
- From the left Navigator, select Tasks.
- In the Tasks list, select or accept the applicable task.
- On the right pane, select the Task Assist tab, and select View Task Summary.
- If this is the first time that you are accessing the tab or if more than 30 days have elapsed since you last accessed the tab, the system generates a summary.
- If you have generated a summary within the past 30 days and changes have occurred since you last viewed it, the system displays the existing summary and a banner that prompts you to view what has changed.
The system displays a scrollable summary that describes the task, indicates what happened in the previous step (if applicable), what changed in the current step (if applicable), and what you need to do in the current step.
