Using Progress Guide to Get an Overview of All Steps and Their Status (Cloud Only)

While a workflow BP is in progress, you can use Progress Guide to track dependencies, anticipate follow-up actions, and manage related BPs. After a workflow BP reaches completion, you can use Progress Guide to understand what decisions were made, what actions were taken, and ensure that everything was resolved.

To use Progress Guide:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace or project/shell tab, and switch to User mode.
  2. From the left Navigator, select Company Logs (for the Company Workspace tab) or Logs (for a project/shell tab).
  3. Open the applicable BP record.
  4. On the right pane, select the Progress Guide tab.
  5. To trigger generation of the summary, select the caret for a step.

The system automatically generates a summary of the record's progress. If the workflow is finished, the first line of the guide displays the number of steps involved, the status, and the duration. If the workflow is in progress, the first line indicates how many steps have been completed, and the location pin indicates the current step.

You can use the caret to show or hide detailed information for each completed step. The system retains the cached version of the summary for 30 days. To prompt the system to check for changes, select a caret again.
