Manage Linked Records

To view a linked record:

  1. Open a BP record, and select the Linked Records tab in the right pane. If you are opening a linked record associated with a line item, select a line item tab and select the line item.
  2. From the Links Log, hover over the record link, select the gear menu (), and select Open.

To remove a linked record:

  1. Open a BP record, and select the Linked Records tab in the right pane.
  2. From the Links window, hover over the record link, select the gear menu (), and select Delete.

    Note From this window, you cannot delete a record with a From direction. To delete the record, you must open that record, select the Linked Records tab, and remove it from the Links window.
