Assigning Resource Curves to Resource or Role Assignments from the Resources Assignments Page

You can assign a resource distribution curve to any resource or role assignment on activities with a duration type of Fixed Duration and Units/Time or Fixed Duration & Units.

To assign a resource curve:

Click Resources.
On the Resources navigation bar, click Assignments.
On the Assignments page:
1. Display the Curves column if it is not visible on the table. To display the Curves column, click Customize View and click Columns, expand the General grouping and double-click Curve to move it to the Selected Columns list.
2. On the Assignments page:
  - Click the row with the resource or role.
  - Double-click the Curve field, and click Select .
3. In the Select Curves dialog box, choose a curve and click OK.
4. On the Assignments page, click Save.

Tip

You can also assign resource curves to resource or role assignment from the Activities page.
