Status Filter Definitions

The timeframes stated in these filter are determined as follows:

The beginning of the day is 00:00 and the end of the day is 23:59 as determined by the P6 EPPM application server.
Today is from 00:00 until 23:59 on today's date.
The start of the week is 00:00 on the day specified by the First day of week for calendars setting in the General page of Application Settings in P6. The end of the week is 23:59 on the last day of the week.
For example, if the First day of week for calendars is set to Sunday, the week begins at 00:00 on Sunday and ends at 23:59 the following Saturday.
This week is the week in which today falls, according to the First day of week for calendars setting.
A month is defined as a calendar month.

The filter type stated in these filters is defined as follows:

The Active filter shows all your in progress activities and assignments plus any not started activities or assignments matching the timeframe filter you select.
Activities and assignments match the time frame filter if their scheduled start or finish date is in the specified time period or if they span the time period (that is if they are scheduled to start before the specified time period and end after the specified time period).
The Due filter shows all your activities with a finish date scheduled within the specified time period.
The Completed filter shows all your activities with an Actual Finish date within the specified time period.

For example, if today's date is 17th February 2025 and the Starting day of the week is Sunday:

Select the Active in the next 2 weeks filter to see all your activities scheduled to start or finish between 00:00 on Sunday 23rd February 2025 and 23:59 on Saturday 8th March 2025.
Select the Due tomorrow filter to see all your activities scheduled to finish between 00:00 and 23:59 on Tuesday 18th February 2025.
Select the Due next month filter to see all your activities scheduled to finish between 00:00 on 1st March 2025 and 23:59 on 31st March 2025.
Select the Completed last week filter to see all your activities with an Actual Finish between 00:00 on Sunday 9th and 23:59 on Saturday 15th February 2025.
