Viewing Predecessor or Successor Activities

Use the Related Activities dialog box to view information on activities that have a relationship with your assigned activity.

To view predecessor or successor activities:

Select an activity.
In the activity pane, select Related Activities (Ctrl+Alt+J).
In the Related Activities dialog box:
1. View the owners of the activities and the start and finish dates.
2. For Predecessor activities, view the progress indicator to gauge how much work remains before you can begin your activity.
  For Successor activities, view which activities are scheduled to begin after your work is complete. View the progress indicator to determine if the activity owner began work on the activity.

Tip:

If you do not have any predecessor or successor activities, this link will not display.
