Configuring a Trust Relationship

If you are sending events between different servers, you must establish a trust relationship between the local server, on which P6 is installed, and the remote server, on which you have setup the JMS message queue.

To configure a trust relationship:

  1. Launch the WebLogic Remote Console on the server where you need to configure the trust relationship.
  2. In the NavStrip, click Edit Tree.
  3. In the Navigation Tree, expand Environment and click Domain.
  4. In the Content Pane, click the Security tab.
  5. Select Show Advanced Fields.
  6. In the Security Credential field, enter a strong password.

Note Make a note of the credentials you enter for the remote server; you must enter the same credentials for both servers.

  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Click to view shopping cart actions, and select Commit Changes.
