Assign an issue to a resource

Choose Project, Issues, then select the issue.
Display Issue Details, then click the Details tab.
In the Applies to Resource field, click , select the resource to which you want to assign the issue, then click the Select button.
Note

If the threshold monitor generated the selected issue, you cannot assign the issue to a resource or change the issue's resource assignment.
