Global Change Report dialog box
Use the Global Change Report dialog box to select which changes to apply.
Select All: Marks all the boxes in the Select column.
Unselect All: Clears all the boxes in the Select column.
Select: Determines which rows will be applied when you commit the changes.
Project ID: Displays the Project ID of the activity to which the data row applies.
WBS Code: Displays the WBS path of the activity to which the data row applies.
Activity ID: Displays the Activity ID of the activity to which the data row applies.
Resource ID: Displays the Resource ID of the assignment to which the data row applies.
Field: Displays the field affected by the change.
Old Value: Displays the current value of the field.
New Value: Displays the new value of the field if you select the data row to be committed.
Exception: Displays any errors that occurred. You should clear the box in the Select column for rows where an exception was found to prevent erroneous data being applied.
Save Report To: Enables you to change the location where the report will be saved.
As HTML: Determines that the report will be saved as an HTML file. If this option is cleared, the file is saved as a text (.txt) file.
Overwrite Existing: Determines whether to overwrite any existing file.
Save to File...: Enables you to save the report as a file.
Cancel Changes: Enables you to cancel out of the change before the changes are made.
Commit Changes: Commits the changes for all rows marked in the Select column.
