5.8 Kafka Configuration

Perform the following steps to configure kafka:

  1. From the Main Menu of the GUI, click Diameter, and click Troubleshooting with IDIH, and then click Configuration.
  2. From the Configuration, click Kafka Config.
  3. On the IDIH Kafka Configuration page, provide the Broker IP's in the text box and configure other required parameters.

    Note:

    • Select SSL from the drop-down menu of Security Protocol option to enable SSL properties.
    • Select SASL_SSL from the drop-down menu of Security Protocol option to enable SASL_SSL properties.
    • To enable SSL or SASL you must provide SSL and SASL certificates respectively.
  4. Click Apply to apply the properties.
