4.3.3 Event Request Message Processing

Credit-Control-Requests (CCRs) with CC-Request-Type AVP set to EVENT_REQUEST (4) received from online charging clients (CTFs) are load balanced across a collection of OCS servers connected to the DSR that can serve the Diameter request in the same manner as Credit-Control-Requests (CCRs) with CC-Request-Type AVP set to INITIAL_REQUEST (1).
