Access the Tables and View page:
Open the PUBLIC Equation Table Authorization Class and add rows for the Bind and Target Data Records:
SFA_FWS_OUT_BND with an Authorization Level of Read.
SFA_FWS_OUT_TGT with an Authorization Level of Write.
