Using the Run Control Registration Wizard
Run Control IDs are created to simplify a single task. When the task gets completed, these Run Control IDs become irrelevant. Run Control ID Management enables you to retrieve, validate, and delete Run Control IDs.
Any new run control component or page needs to be registered in the Run Control Registration wizard with run control record and fields information to be considered for Run Control ID Management.
You can delete run control IDs through Application Run Control Management and not through PeopleTools.

Mapped |
The Mapped Flag, if selected, indicates that the PS_PRCSRUNCNTL table is used in the component to store run control information. Note: The PS_PRCSRUNCNTL table is the default run control table for all sub-pages that run processes from PeopleSoft Applications. It can be substituted with a custom run control record during the run control component design. Therefore, it can either be used alone to store run control information, used in conjunction with component-specific run control tables, or not used at all. The Mapped flag should be selected when the PS_PRCSRUNCNTL table is used in the run control component. |
