Modifying the SVP Business Service

You can modify the SVP business service. For example, you might want the business service to send an email message to alert the system administrator when the workflow process is complete. This alert eliminates the need for the system administrator to monitor the entire process.

Caution: Do not attempt to modify the SVP workflow process.

To modify the SVP business service

1. Navigate to the Administration - Business Process screen, then the Workflow Processes view.

2. In the Workflow Processes list, click Query.

3. In the Process Definition form, enter CG SVP Process in the Name field.

4. Click Go.

5. Drill down on the Name field hyperlink for the CG SVP Process that is active.
