Configuring the CTI Hoteling Telesets
The following diagram shows how to configure the CTI Hoteling telesets feature and it includes the following steps:

The administrator configures teleset for hoteling.

The agent logs in to Siebel Contact Center.

The agent is associated to the teleset.

The agent logs in to CTI Toolbar.
