Redemption Transaction in Siebel Loyalty (Part III)
The following procedure shows how to run a redemption transaction for the member Andy Cole in Siebel Loyalty and then redeem the digital reward for the redemption transaction.
To run a redemption transaction in Siebel Loyalty

In the Transactions view, click New (the plus (+) icon) to create a redemption transaction with the values shown in the following table.

Click Process to process the transaction. If processing is successful:

The Status of the transaction changes to Processed.

Under Redemption Items, a new line item appears showing that 15 points have been redeemed, as shown in the following table.

Go to the Point Balances view to check the point balance. In this example, the point balance is zero because there was an accrual transaction and then a redemption transaction.

To redeem the digital reward for the redemption transaction:

In the Transactions view, drill down on the Transaction Id number for the redemption transaction.

Go to the Digital Rewards view, and click the link in the Digital Value field to redeem the digital reward.

In CrowdTwist, click Rewards and then click Redemption log.
A record of the digital reward that was redeemed in Siebel (step b) appears in the Redemption Log list, for example, as follows:
