Creating an Internal List of Prospects Using Attributes
The following procedure shows how to create an internal list of prospects using attributes.
To create an internal list of prospects using attributes
Navigate to the List Management screen, then the Prospects by Category view.
In the Prospects by Category list, select one or more prospects to include in your internal list.
With the desired records selected, click Add to List.
In the Pick List dialog box, click Create New List.
In the second Pick List dialog box, enter a name for the list, and click Save.
In the Pick List dialog box, select the list you created, and click OK.
To display the new list, in the List Management link bar, click Lists.
