Displaying Offer Type Analysis (Response) by Campaign Charts

The Offer Type Analysis by Campaign chart displays the total number of responses for each offer type for each campaign. Each campaign can have many offers.

The following procedure shows how to generate the Offer Type Analysis by Campaign chart.

To generate the Offer Type Analysis by Campaign chart

1. Confirm that each offer associated with the campaign has an offer type and offer name specified.

   For more information about finding or completing these fields, see Process of Creating and Modifying Offers.

2. Confirm that the offers you want in the chart have been added to the campaign.

   For more information about this procedure, see Associating Offers and Segments with Campaigns.

3. Add the responses received.

4. Generate the chart.

   To generate charts, follow the procedure in Process of Displaying Response Charts in Siebel Campaigns.
