Preparing to Generate Campaign Achievement Charts

The following procedure shows how to prepare for generating the Campaign Achievement charts.

To prepare for generating the Campaign Achievement charts

1. Create a quota plan, and associate quota plan objectives and participants with the plan.

   Quotas are discussed in Creating Campaign Quota Plans.

2. Enter achievement values by performing these tasks:

   1. Navigate to the Sales Quotas screen.

   2. In the Quota Achievement list, select the quota plan.

   3. Enter the amount you achieved compared to quota numbers.

      You can add Achievements manually or by using a workflow process that completes achievements based on actions in Siebel Call Center.
