Extracting a Database for Use with Siebel Tools

Removed topic. As of Siebel CRM 17.0, Siebel Tools no longer supports the local database. The local database is only for use with Siebel Mobile Web Client. Developers now use Siebel Web Tools or Siebel Tools with workspaces in the enterprise Siebel database.
