Trigger use cases

Following are some trigger use cases:

  • Out-of-the box Generative AI use cases are controlled by Siebel Runtime Events.

    • Each use case (Sentiment Analysis / Summarization) can be individually Enabled/Disabled. By default, all the use cases are enabled.

    • Each of the two Summarization use-cases (Closing / Transfer Summary) can be Enabled/Disabled based on different Runtime events.

    • Summarization should have the Context set to GenAI:SummarizeChatText or GenAI:Chat while using command-R LLM.

    • Sentiment Analysis should have the Context set to GenAI:GenerateChatText or GenAI:Chat while using command-R LLM.

  • Runtime Events work in conjunction with the Business Component User Properties in Out-of-the-box scenarios.

  • Out-of-the-box Service Request and Action Business Component’s have Runtime Events and corresponding Business Component User Properties.
