Changing the Default Printer for Server-Based Batch Printing
Complete the following procedure to change the default printer.
To change the default printer for server-based batch printing
Log in to the Document Server computer using the same User ID for the Windows Service running the Siebel Server.
Navigate to Start, Settings, and then Printers.
In the printer list, right-click a printer and select Set as Default.
