Displaying Account Details

You can display account details by using the Accounts list.

To display account details

1. Tap Side Menu and then tap Accounts to display the following:

   • The Accounts list in the main pane.

   • The Calendar showing the activity planning information in the side pane.

2. In the Accounts list, tap the link in the Account field to drill down on the selected record.

   All details for the selected account appear in the main pane, from where you can do the following:

   • Viewing Contact Information for an Account

   • Modifying Service Request Information for an Account

   • Viewing Asset Information for an Account

   • Viewing Entitlement Information for an Account
