Canceling Appointments for Activities

To comply with customer requests, you can cancel scheduled appointments. As appropriate, the representative then clicks Cancel Appointment. Oracle Field Service frees up the appointment slot, and changes the job status to Cancel. Any activity can be cancelled except an activity whose status is "Scheduled".

Note: A Field Engineer can also cancel an activity from OFS and the status will get updated in Siebel accordingly.
