Checking for Failed Migration of Service Region, Zip Code, Employee and Related Data to Oracle Field Service
After business administrators migrate a service region to Oracle Field Service Scheduler., they can check whether all applicable employees and activities migrated successfully.
To check for failed migration of Service Region, Zip Code, Employee and Related Data to Oracle Field Service

Navigate to the Administration - Scheduling screen.

Select the record for the service region that you migrated.

In case of failure, the reason for the failure appears in the Sync Success Description field else the status will be displayed as “Success”.
Debugging and Troubleshooting
The below table lists the potential error messages that could come during migrating Service Region, Zip Code, Employee and Related data from Siebel to Oracle Field Service Scheduler. There is no roll back feature that is supported as part of this integration and any roll back of transferred data to Oracle Field Service needs to be handled manually.

Activity selected for cancelling the appointment is not scheduled |
Only Activities in status ‘Scheduled’ can be cancelled |
