Configuring the Display of Employees on Dispatch Dashboard Gantt Chart

Users can set the number of employees that display on the Dispatch Dashboard at a time on one page in a service region.

To configure the display of employees on the Dispatch Dashboard

  1. Log in to Siebel Tools or Web Tools as an administrator.

  2. Create a workspace.

  3. Lock the FS Dispatch Board project for editing.

  4. In Object Explorer, navigate to Applet, and query for the FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet.

  5. Add the user property EnableWorkSetSizeEmpPerPage in the applet FS Dispatch Board Gantt Applet.

    On setting this user property to True, only ten employees are displayed on the Dispatch Dashboard at once. You can navigate through the employees using the buttons First, Previous, Next and Last.

  6. Deliver the changes to the Integration Branch.

Note: Note: This user property is not available by default. When it is not available, employees in the service region display all at once.
