Maintaining Employee Skills
A business administrator maintains employee skills and skill items in the Assignment Skills view in the Employee view of the Administration - User screen. If an employee is associated with a service region configured for scheduling by Oracle Field Service, then any updates to employee skills are automatically synchronized with Oracle Field Service. These changes are picked up for scheduling through the initial Transfer to Oracle Field Service cutover process or through incremental change capture process. Please note that the Category field is not used in this integration.
