Service Request Templates

When a preventive maintenance plan is activated, a service request template is used to create service requests. This template includes 1 or more activity templates and holds default values for the following service request fields:

The following list provides service request fields that are included in service request templates.

  • Area

  • Resolution

  • Subarea

  • Description

  • Severity

  • Substatus

  • Name

  • Status

  • Symptoms

  • Priority

Service request templates apply only to preventive maintenance.
